Marketing Director – Lead Generation & Strategy

About the role

The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of lead‑generation strategies for our contact‑center services targeting the US healthcare sector. You will shape marketing initiatives, align cross‑functional teams and drive demand to support call‑center agents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team while setting clear performance expectations.
• Analyse data from CRM, CMS, ATS and other platforms to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Executive Team.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product & Commercial and Customer Success to ensure marketing aligns with overall business strategy.
• Oversee campaign execution across multiple channels, coordinate with SEO writers and PPC support, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Develop and refine long‑term marketing strategies, trade‑show plans, content calendars and conduct market and competitive research.
• Monitor KPIs, make data‑driven adjustments and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications.
• Relevant experience in graphic design, marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a strategic mindset.
