Operations Country Leader – Chile

About the role

A fast-growing insurance and services company is looking for an Operations Country Leader to lead its Chile operation and strengthen execution of the business strategy. The role ensures high service levels and operational efficiency while working with regional teams across Latin America. It is offered in a hybrid format.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy and execution for Chile.
• Oversee Customer Service, Claims, Fulfillment, Billing and support operations.
• Promote continuous improvement, process optimization and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with regional operations, technology, supply chain and commercial teams in LATAM.
• Manage budgets, performance indicators, operational risks and quality controls.
• Lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Required profile

• More than 8 years leading teams in operations, transformation, customer service, service delivery or business operations within insurance companies.
• Experience managing teams and stakeholders in matrix organizations.
• Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical ability, results orientation and change leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
