People Partner - Sales

About the role

As the People Partner for Sales, you will be the trusted advisor to commercial leaders, guiding the full people cycle for a fast‑growing sales organisation of around 160 people. You will shape performance, engagement, retention and leadership development in a high‑growth fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Sales leaders on performance management, talent development, conflict resolution and organisational health.
• Lead end‑to‑end People processes for the Sales team, including performance reviews, salary calibrations and engagement surveys.
• Identify attrition risks early and turn people data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Coach Sales leaders on feedback, difficult conversations and goal‑setting to build leadership capability.
• Support organisational change initiatives within Sales, managing communication and transition support.
• Serve as the liaison between the Sales organisation and People Enablement functions such as Payroll and People Ops.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of HR business partnering experience, with at least 3 years operating independently as a senior People Partner in a commercial or sales‑heavy environment.
• Proven track record managing full performance cycles, engagement programmes and complex employee‑relations cases.
• Strong analytical ability to translate attrition, engagement and performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Comfortable coaching leaders through performance, change and team‑health challenges.
• Solid knowledge of Chilean labour law and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
