Product Designer – End-to-End Experience & AI-augmented Design

About the role

Applaudo is looking for a Product Designer who blends strong visual and interaction design expertise with strategic product thinking and a data‑informed mindset. You will create intuitive, impactful end‑to‑end experiences for web and mobile products while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, execution, and frontend shaping.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead product vision and design strategy alongside Product Managers.
• Define opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure design impact through evidence and experimentation.
• Influence product backlogs with data‑backed design proposals and validated hypotheses.
• Design and interpret A/B experiments and usability validation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain design systems, tokens, and scalable components in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and data teams throughout the design lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Service Design, Graphic Design (UX emphasis) or equivalent certification.
• 4–6+ years of experience designing digital products and interfaces.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated product thinking and data‑informed decision‑making.
• Proven ability to define, track, and interpret UX KPIs linked to user and business outcomes.
• Strong collaborative mindset and autonomous work style.
• Highly proficient written and spoken English (C1+) and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and file governance.
• Experience with AI tools to extend design capabilities.
• Ability to design and analyze A/B tests and usability studies.
• Understanding of frontend concepts, databases, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with Lean UX or Continuous Discovery frameworks.
