Product Designer – Figma & AI (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Product Designer who will work remotely with clients in the United States, focusing on creating high‑quality digital experiences using Figma and emerging Agentic AI tools. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across complex products.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Apply usability, accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Take ownership of deliverables, rapidly iterate on concepts while preserving design quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and user‑centered design methodology.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and Agile teams.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to solve difficult problems.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with Figma for wireframing, prototyping and design systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑native design tools, prompt‑driven workflows, or AI‑assisted prototyping.
• Understanding of design systems, scalability and systems thinking.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility and responsive design principles.
