Project Manager

About the role

As an Agile Project Manager you will lead the delivery of software initiatives by coordinating Scrum teams and aligning engineering, product, and business functions. You will ensure projects meet their objectives through rigorous planning, risk mitigation, performance tracking, and transparent stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and other team events.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables together with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate initiatives across Engineering, Product and Business teams to accelerate decision‑making and collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
• Track and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments by identifying blockers and fostering cross‑team collaboration.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks and challenges to stakeholders.
• Prioritise execution while keeping teams focused on key objectives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Advanced experience leading Agile teams and delivering projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coordinating work across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled at analysing priorities and making timely decisions.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and a sense of urgency and accountability.
