Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

AgroFresh is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to design and execute promotional marketing strategies that drive growth across the United States, Latin America and Canada. The role sits on the North American and Latin American Leadership Team and works closely with global marketing, sales, product management and R&D colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute paid, owned and earned marketing strategies across the full funnel, including advertising, social media and trade shows.
• Measure the impact of tactics on sales and adjust plans to accelerate product line growth.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads to support conversion to sale.
• Optimize the customer journey from awareness through conversion.
• Enable the regional sales‑leads funnel using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead regional product and program launches in collaboration with Commercial, Global Product Management and R&D.
• Manage external agencies and vendors for media planning, sales collateral and promotional assets.
• Oversee marketing automation and campaign attribution to track paid and owned strategies.
• Maintain relationships with regional trade and crop associations, coordinating promotion opportunities at industry and AgTech events.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing promotional marketing strategies for a multi‑product portfolio across the Americas.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product management and R&D teams.
• Experience managing agency relationships and leading product launches.
