Regional Marketing & Sales LATAM Service Manager

About the role

ABB is looking for a Regional Marketing & Sales Manager for its Service Division in Latin America. You will lead a team of country marketing and sales leaders, drive profitable growth, and ensure the delivery of a complete service portfolio across Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual commercial service sales strategy using the ServIS database to protect and grow the installed base.
• Mentor and develop country marketing & sales leaders, ensuring alignment with cross‑region initiatives and local market needs.
• Analyze installed‑base data to build pipeline opportunities, market potential assessments and resource plans.
• Promote value‑add service offers covering Care, Modernization and Advisory Services, and participate in major contract negotiations.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Provide market feedback to product management and stay informed on competitor offerings and trends.
• Report financial status, risks and opportunities to ABB stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership within the service or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the Latin American market and ability to travel across the region.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding financial KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
