About the role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales operations in Chile. The role focuses on building strong relationships with dealers, leasing companies and key customers while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, leasing companies and key customers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective market strategies.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and address after‑sales concerns.
- Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with Chilean regulations, including import policies, taxation and vehicle certification.
- Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Required profile
- At least 1.7 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with import/export vehicles.
- Established local industry contacts and proven sales expertise.
- Strong negotiation and client‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with Chilean automotive laws and regulations.
- Fluent in Spanish; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
