Registered Nurse – OR Circulator (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to work as an Operating Room (OR) Circulator. The role involves 8‑hour shifts with no on‑call responsibilities, providing comprehensive patient care throughout the surgical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes) in pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative phases.
• Assist the surgical team by circulating supplies, maintaining a sterile environment, and documenting procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year of experience in an operating room setting.
• Preferred experience in orthopaedic surgery and ability to scrub as needed.

Required skills

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Proficiency in circulating and, optionally, scrubbing in the OR.
