Retail Sales Supervisor – Vision Care

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for its Vision Care business in Santiago, Chile. The role will lead the local sales team, manage key accounts and drive growth of the vision product portfolio across retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans, set volume targets and monitor performance against budgets.
• Recruit, coach and manage the sales team, handling performance reviews and development.
• Maintain and grow relationships with eye‑care professionals (ECPs) and key opinion leaders.
• Oversee commercial agreements, logistics and inventory levels to ensure optimal distribution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and education teams to deliver training and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA or postgraduate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare or consumer vision care.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel at least 50 % of the time.
