Revenue Manager – Hospitality & Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to own pricing and distribution for a fast‑scaling hospitality platform that blends boutique hotels with short‑term rentals. You will drive day‑to‑day revenue performance while shaping longer‑term pricing strategy across multiple U.S. markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategy for hotels and short‑term rental properties.
• Manage rates, availability, and distribution on major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, VRBO).
• Analyze demand trends, competitor behavior, and market dynamics to adjust pricing proactively.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and pacing.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategy and support promotions, events, and group stays.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to enhance pricing tools and models as the platform scales.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Experience with boutique hotels and/or short‑term rentals is a strong plus.
• Strong grasp of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, and booking window metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with OTA and distribution channel management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable pricing decisions.
