Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Evalueserve is looking for proactive Sales Development Representatives to work closely with senior sales, business development, and delivery operations leaders. You will execute targeted outbound campaigns, generate qualified meetings, and provide market feedback across priority accounts and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run multi‑channel outbound campaigns for defined accounts, personas, and markets.
• Build prospect and contact lists using research, internal resources, and approved databases.
• Research accounts and stakeholders to uncover decision‑makers, priorities, and opportunities.
• Conduct cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach to generate interest in Evalueserve’s capabilities.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up cadence, nurture leads, and hand off qualified prospects.
• Manage prospect, account, and campaign data in HubSpot with accurate status updates.
• Prepare market outreach materials for conferences and promotional activities.
• Own assigned markets and pipelines, identifying new approaches beyond assigned lists.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded and highly organized.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Strong follow‑through, ownership, and discipline in CRM usage.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (data entry, pipeline management, reporting).
