Sales Director / Manager – International BESS Market

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Director/Manager to lead its overseas Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business. You will be responsible for shaping market strategy, building the brand globally, and driving sales performance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategy and segmentation for overseas BESS markets.
• Establish and enhance global BESS brand awareness through targeted promotion activities.
• Set sales targets aligned with corporate objectives and lead the team to achieve them.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise overseas sales channels, including distributors, agents, and partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to position BESS products internationally and adjust strategies based on market feedback.
• Manage key customer relationships and ensure high‑level service and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international trade, business management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas marketing or sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior marketing management role within the BESS, new energy or power equipment sectors.
• Proven track record of successful overseas market development and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
