Sales Training Specialist

About the role

The LATAM Sales Training & Enablement team is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design, deliver and scale training programs for acquisition and expansion sales teams across Latin America. You will strengthen commercial, product and systems knowledge, ensuring sales and account management teams have the skills and resources to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation of sales enablement programs across LATAM markets, including onboarding, product, systems, sales skills, partner management and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Commercial Operations, HR, Product and other stakeholders to assess learning needs and set enablement priorities.
• Design, deliver and maintain training materials and documentation that support adoption of sales tools, products, processes and best practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with regional and global teams.
• Create and update learning content independently and with instructional design partners.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product and Commercial Operations to provide accurate, relevant information to learners.
• Define success metrics and measure the impact of training programs on business outcomes.
• Support ad‑hoc enablement requests and prioritize activities based on business needs.
• Build relationships across the organization to share and scale best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, account management, sales enablement, learning and development or related commercial functions.
• Proven track record delivering training programs, workshops or learning initiatives in professional settings.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities, able to simplify complex information.
• Project‑management skills with attention to detail and execution speed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for helping others learn and grow.
