About the role
We are a global technology and delivery platform seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑value enterprise restaurant partners. The role is focused on post‑sales relationship management, retention and revenue expansion across strategic global accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high‑value global restaurant partners after sale.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Identify upsell opportunities for products, features and commercial solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to internal teams.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with enterprise partners.
- Lead business reviews and track performance against commercial metrics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver partner growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue expansion and ensure partner success on the platform.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships or sales.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed commercial decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- English proficiency preferred.
