Senior Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create AI‑native, SaaS, and workflow automation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives for AI‑powered platforms and conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and handoff workflows in Figma.
• Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude into the design process.
• Ensure designs meet interaction, information architecture, visual, and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑native, SaaS, or complex platform work.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, components, variables, prototyping, handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
