Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our AWS‑driven cloud infrastructure, automation pipelines and engineering practices. The role will lead migrations, support secure platform initiatives and help build scalable, modern foundations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AWS Lambda services and API Gateway endpoints using Python and boto3.
• Lead the migration of legacy CI/CD pipelines to GitHub Actions workflows.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and the Serverless Framework.
• Perform brownfield refactors, service decommissions and migrations such as OAuth migrations, WAF block‑mode enablement and SAST/SCA remediations.
• Configure and tune AWS WAF rules and address security findings.
• Integrate internal and third‑party systems via REST APIs, including ServiceNow OAuth client‑credentials flows.
• Automate operational workflows using tools like n8n or LangChain.
• Partner with the SRE Consultant to close telemetry gaps and automate Lambda‑based data collection.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps/Cloud engineering.
• Strong verbal and written English communication (B2+ level).
• Hands‑on experience with production‑grade AWS Lambda, API Gateway and related services.
• Proven track record of brownfield migrations, decommissions and refactors.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, SSM, CloudWatch, WAF).
• boto3 library.
• Terraform for IaC.
• Serverless Framework.
• GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS WAF configuration and incident response.
• Security tooling familiarity (SAST, SCA).
• REST API integration, ServiceNow OAuth client‑credentials.
• Automation/orchestration tools (n8n, LangChain) – advantage.
• Snowflake knowledge – nice to have.
