Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our fast‑growing international fintech team. You will work independently, solve complex technical challenges and have real ownership of regional IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1–L2 IT support both onsite and remotely.
• Build and stabilise local IT operations for a rapidly expanding office.
• Manage laptops, hardware assets, stock inventory and meeting‑room technologies.
• Support Windows and macOS environments.
• Troubleshoot WiFi, VPN, Microsoft 365 and basic networking issues.
• Handle tickets using Jira/JSM systems.
• Collaborate with global IT and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in IT improvements, standardisation initiatives and regional projects.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in senior IT support or infrastructure support roles.
• Hands‑on professional who enjoys technical troubleshooting and operational ownership.
• Independent, proactive and patient personality.
• Communicative level of English.
