Senior Manager, LATAM Commercial

About the role

Johnson & Johnson, through its orthopaedics business DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its commercial activities across Latin America. The position is based in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile and will become part of the newly independent DePuy Synthes organization following the planned separation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and execution for the LATAM region.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to align commercial initiatives.
• Support the transition of the orthopaedics business to an independent DePuy Synthes company.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in commercial management.
• Understanding of the Latin American market.
• Ability to work within a multinational healthcare organization.
