Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Construction Lead

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre construction projects. You will act as the primary client interface, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams through design development, permitting, procurement and construction phases.
• Manage overall project delivery, stakeholder relationships and project controls.
• Oversee pre‑construction activities, environmental, health & safety, and quality management.
• Drive commercial management, claims handling, procurement and warranty processes.
• Provide project execution support and ensure successful project close‑out.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering major construction projects, preferably data centre projects.
• Background in both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases within a PMC, EPCM, construction management or general contracting environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
• Independent, proactive, meticulous and hands‑on with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
