Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (LATAM & North America)

About the role

LivaNova is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Latin America and North America. The role requires fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese and focuses on building high‑quality pipelines for a fast‑growing med‑tech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple open requisitions, from discovery to offer, during high‑volume periods.
• Proactively source passive candidates using targeted strategies, AI‑enabled tools and direct outreach.
• Conduct talent market mapping, competitive analysis and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights and guide recruiting strategy.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with clear, consistent communication.
• Maintain audit‑ready candidate data in Workday or similar ATS, ensuring compliance with OFCCP and EEO regulations.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to track progress and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver results.

Required skills

• Workday or comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• AI‑enabled sourcing tools.
• Recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics.
