Senior Sales Account Executive – SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive growth by managing complex, high‑value opportunities across agency and mid‑market segments. The role combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and technical solution positioning to help customers achieve their digital goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close for large, complex deals.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, business leaders, and executive decision‑makers.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria.
• Position the platform as a strategic solution for agencies and mid‑market customers with advanced hosting and infrastructure needs.
• Coordinate internal teams (Solutions, Support, Product) to progress opportunities and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in the CRM.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support long‑term customer relationships after the initial sale.
• Use AI‑powered tools for account research, sales preparation, follow‑ups, and deal analysis while applying strong human judgment.

Required profile

• Proven track record in SaaS sales, closing complex deals and engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast‑moving, distributed environment.
