Senior SEO/CRO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist to lead organic growth and conversion initiatives for a portfolio of mid‑market B2B brands. Based in Chile, you will work within a cross‑functional squad to turn data‑driven strategies into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and CRO strategy for up to six B2B brands.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Design holistic content and optimization plans aligned with commercial goals.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site architecture, and run experimentation programs.
• Develop creative SEO tactics, including keyword research, content planning, and link‑worthy assets.
• Guide conversion optimization projects using analytics, experiments, and customer insights.
• Use data tools (GA4, GrowthBook, Google Sheets automations) to demonstrate results and inform decisions.
• Coordinate specialists across content, development, code, and analytics to ensure execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
