Supervisor de Servicio (Elevadores)

About the role

Otis is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the maintenance of elevator equipment in Chile. The role involves planning, coordinating and overseeing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned elevator equipment.
• Handle service requests and complaints, issuing work orders to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to clients for maintenance, repair and adjustment tasks.
• Support field personnel with technical guidance to solve equipment problems.
• Monitor and report on management indicators related to service performance.
• Assist the commercial department in client retention, recovery and sales opportunity identification.

Required profile

• Technical or professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrotechnics, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar service or maintenance roles.
• Experience in multinational companies, preferably in the elevator sector.
• Field experience with installation, adjustment or maintenance of elevators.
• Proven experience managing personnel.
• Knowledge of various electronic technologies used in elevators.
