Tech Project Lead – In‑store Technology Deployments

About the role

As a Tech Project Lead you will drive the planning, execution and hand‑over of in‑store technology deployments across the sales market in Chile. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage external vendors and ensure projects transition smoothly into operations while adhering to global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate store‑related technology deployments, ensuring clear communication and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide project management support to technology functions responsible for execution.
• Lead cross‑functional teams that include Expansion, Retail Operations, Sales and Tech, reporting to the Sales Market Tech Manager.
• Manage external vendors involved in retail technology roll‑outs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and blockers to guarantee seamless operational hand‑over.
• Track project outcomes, capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
• Hand over completed projects to Tech Operations following global standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• More than 3 years of project management experience, preferably in retail or technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functional areas.
• Ability to translate technical language into business‑friendly terms and manage complexity.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks or similar methodologies.
