Technical Project Specialist – Wind Service Operations

About the role

As a Technical Project Specialist you will ensure safe and efficient wind service operations by coordinating technical escalations, analysing incidents and supporting field and remote teams. You will work closely with Service Operations, Field Support and internal stakeholders to meet contractual and safety commitments while driving continuous improvement across wind farms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the technical escalation process, guaranteeing timely response to alarms, incidents and operational disruptions.
• Promote a strong safety culture while supporting reliable wind farm performance.
• Analyse turbine shutdowns, determine root causes and implement corrective technical solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives aimed at improving service reliability, performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide project‑management support for start‑ups, upgrades, modifications and new product or integrity projects.
• Act as the primary technical interface between Service Operations, Field Support and internal teams to ensure contractual and operational alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting technical operations, troubleshooting or project activities in complex or industrial environments.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, operations and management.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a practical, solution‑oriented approach.
• Structured and proactive in managing priorities within dynamic operational settings.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
