Technical Recruiter – International Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end engineering hiring projects for our expanding Chilean operations. You will manage candidates from first contact through placement and onboarding across multiple global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from briefing to onboarding.
• Run several concurrent recruitment campaigns across diverse disciplines and seniority levels.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, headhunt via LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach, and build long‑term talent pipelines.
• Prepare professional candidate profiles, submit shortlists to clients, and collaborate with sales & marketing on recruitment content.
• Support international placements, coordinate with the mobility team, and ensure compliance of all candidate documentation.
• Lead offer discussions, manage counter‑offers, and facilitate smooth handover to onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communicator who is performance‑driven and incentive‑motivated.
• Full‑time availability with a proactive, accountable approach.
• Recruitment experience (agency or in‑house), preferably in engineering, skilled trades, or international hiring.
