About the role

The Technology Onboarding Specialist supports Caterpillar’s Construction Industry Customer Solutions Group by applying technical expertise to improve safety and productivity at customer sites. The role bridges new and existing construction technologies, ensuring successful implementation and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary CAT Technology Onboarding Specialist for construction customers.
• Enhance safety and productivity through technical guidance and change management.
• Support deployment of new and existing construction technologies on job sites.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Product Development team based on market trends and customer needs.

• Experience working in construction or heavy‑equipment environments is preferred.
