Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join Trane Technologies as a Warehouse Operator and support the receipt, storage, picking, and delivery of HVAC equipment, parts, and components. You will work on‑site five days a week in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming HVAC materials and parts.
• Store items in designated locations in an organized manner.
• Pick and stage materials for production, maintenance, or internal orders.
• Prepare shipments for internal dispatch when required.
• Conduct cyclic counts and assist with full inventory audits.
• Enter all material movements into the inventory system.
• Operate forklifts, manual or electric pallet jacks according to certification.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or missing items.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Technical studies or university education (in progress or completed).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment or mechanical components is a plus.
• Forklift license (type D) and ability to operate pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and good communication skills.
