Young Professional – Trainee Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to learn the full recruitment cycle while supporting senior recruiters on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and screenings under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Basic experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
