Account Executive (Remote, B2B SaaS, uncapped commission)

About the role

100Hires is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive sales of its B2B recruiting automation platform. This fully remote position focuses on the entire sales cycle, from prospect discovery to closing, with an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales process, including discovery calls, live product demos, objection handling, and contract negotiation.
• Conduct deep discovery to map customer pain points to 100Hires features and use cases.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and create/optimize cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and record educational videos to support leads and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, ideally with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Excellent live demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner able to grasp product details and use cases deeply.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
