Agentic GTM Lead – Growth Engineering & Demand Generation

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic GTM Lead who blends engineering ability, commercial instinct, demand‑generation experience, and financial market knowledge to build and own systems that generate demand across outbound, content, social, SEO/GEO, email, and AI‑powered automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the GTM engine, creating new demand‑generation channels and experiments.
• Develop technical infrastructure using APIs, SQL, Python or JavaScript, and integrate data sources, automation platforms, and CRMs.
• Implement AI and agentic workflows with LLMs to automate research, content creation, lead enrichment, and routing.
• Own demand‑generation programs across outbound, SEO/GEO, content, and social, measuring qualified interest, booked meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
• Run structured A/B tests, build dashboards for attribution, and continuously iterate on what scales.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, demand generation, or related fields.
• Proven track record of creating demand‑generation experiments that deliver measurable leads, meetings, or pipeline.
• Strong commercial instinct with ability to connect technical builds to business outcomes.
• Experience or solid knowledge of finance, investing, or asset‑management markets.
