Agile Delivery Lead – Atlassian Platform Administrator / RTE

About the role

The Agile Delivery Lead (Atlassian Platform Administrator / RTE) will enable effective software delivery for the Genius POS platform by managing and optimizing the Atlassian suite, primarily Jira. The role starts with deep platform administration and may evolve into a broader Release Train Engineer function.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery and approved Marketplace apps.
• Design, configure and maintain workflows, issue types, fields, screens, schemes, permissions, automations, dashboards, filters and reports.
• Partner with delivery, engineering, product and leadership to standardize Jira usage while allowing team flexibility.
• Serve as escalation point for complex platform issues, user support and data‑integrity concerns.
• Create and maintain documentation, standards and training materials for administrators and power users.
• Identify, communicate and help resolve delivery risks, dependencies and impediments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering Jira and the broader Atlassian ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to translate business needs into scalable Jira configurations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; Atlassian certifications preferred.
