Analytics Engineer

About the role

Darwin AI is seeking a Semi‑Senior Analytics Engineer to join its data team. You will work with large datasets, build ELT pipelines and create dashboards that enable data‑driven decisions across product, sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end ELT pipeline to deliver reliable data to the organization.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards for business users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote data‑driven decision making.
• Support AI performance optimisation through data analytics.
• Document and present analytical findings to stakeholders clearly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and building datasets.
• Experience developing production‑grade Python code with version control.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
• Experience with data transformation tools like dbt.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a business‑oriented manner.
• English proficiency for reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
