Associate Managing Consultant – Business Experimentation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Business Experimentation Advisors & Consulting Services team. In this role you will partner with executive‑level clients across multiple industries, using the Test & Learn® SaaS platform to drive data‑driven decisions on strategy, marketing, pricing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, define problem statements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement experimentation programs leveraging Test & Learn® and other data‑science tools.
• Manage relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing culture and change readiness.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise to ensure successful adoption of the experimentation platform.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams to align solutions with broader product and technology roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering consulting projects for regional or global clients.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
