About the role
Murex is seeking an Operations Consultant to provide support and delivery services to clients, ensuring high‑quality implementation and ongoing assistance for its fintech platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support services, follow‑up and resolve open client cases.
- Contribute to upgrade, migration or implementation projects and participate in client workshops.
- Manage defect correction, product enhancements and conduct trainings for clients or internal teams.
- Act as Support Coordinator with guidance and assist senior staff with demos and pre‑sales preparation.
Required profile
- Strong client‑facing attitude with ability to handle support and training activities.
- Experience working in project streams, including upgrades, migrations or implementations.
