Back Office - Yearbook Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Yearbook Auditor to join our back‑office team in Santiago. The role involves operating desktop computers, performing YTO soft‑proofing, and ensuring that yearbook pages meet our plant standards before they go to print.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and adjust customer‑submitted yearbook pages according to plant standards.
• Place questionable pages on hold and document holds for customer service.
• Upload images and text files, manage file movement and storage.
• Generate, prepare, inspect, and code paper proofs as needed.
• Read and interpret school instructions and verify correct image placement.
• Maintain basic computer operations, including start‑up, reboot and shutdown.
• Follow safety rules and plant work procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
• Excellent attendance record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Workshop or similar layout software on Mac or PC.
