Bilingual Content Writer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual professional to help train AI chatbots by engaging in realistic conversations in both Spanish and English. You will evaluate chatbot performance and create novel dialogue scripts to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in Spanish and English to assess their progress.
• Write original dialogue scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Review and edit chatbot outputs for grammatical accuracy and brand voice consistency.
• Provide feedback on AI model performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Must be located in Chile.
