Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

Join TalentPop’s growing team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice that helps our diverse e‑commerce customers solve issues quickly and leave with a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat, and email inquiries from customers.
• Troubleshoot technical and order‑related problems and deliver prompt resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
