BIM Learning Coach – Trade Specialist (Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / Sheetmetal)

About the role

ENG, a leading BIM services company, is seeking experienced MEP professionals to become Technical Learning Coaches. You will design and deliver trade‑specific training programs for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal disciplines, helping to improve project execution through better technical preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw MEP technical content into practical learning materials such as modules, presentations, guides, or live sessions.
• Own or support coaching and training delivery for one or more MEP trade learning paths.
• Review trainee work during programs, providing technical feedback and support.
• Keep training materials up‑to‑date with current software, tools, processes, standards, and real‑world workflows.
• Organize content in internal tools (e.g., SharePoint) and support LMS setup (e.g., Deel, Engage).
• Partner with Lead Coach and internal teams to enhance the learning experience and ensure scalability.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in at least one MEP trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Sheetmetal).
• 3+ years of BIM modeling experience at LOD 350/400.
• Senior‑level experience equivalent to BIM Specialist, BIM Lead, or Job Captain.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to structure technical content into clear learning materials.
