Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand development for our partner’s clients in Chile. The role is fully remote and focuses on building impactful brand strategies, managing multi‑channel campaigns, and strengthening market presence across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand initiatives that increase awareness and ensure consistent brand experiences.
• Maintain brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Support the creation of brand positioning, value propositions, and communication frameworks.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee brand campaigns from concept through performance review.
• Assist client branding projects, including discovery sessions, market research, messaging development, and rebranding.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators, and marketing specialists to produce high‑quality brand assets.
• Manage content calendars, campaign materials, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement resources.
• Track brand performance, customer feedback, social engagement, and reputation metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate multiple branding projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communications.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing strategies and audience engagement.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
