About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Controller to join a leading multinational company in the energy sector. The role supports financial performance, planning, reporting and finance digitalisation initiatives across the Chilean operation, working closely with regional and global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the performance management process, including annual planning, forecasting, target setting, scorecard reporting and business reviews.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct profitability and business performance analysis across different business units.
- Lead finance digitalisation and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders locally and regionally.
- Support cost control, financial planning and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong internal control procedures and ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Prepare presentations, reports and business analysis for senior leadership.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, FP&A or Performance Management.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organisations.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and teamwork orientation.
