Business Development Manager

About the role

MST Global is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join its Chilean team. You will work with a talented group to deliver cutting‑edge mining communication and technology solutions, helping customers transform harsh industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery of purchase orders and contracts.
• Identify and develop opportunities for MST solutions with new and existing accounts.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Maintain fiscal performance of accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date and manage a healthy sales pipeline through cold/warm calling, networking and social media.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos and tender submissions.
• Represent MST at trade shows and collaborate with Marketing and Product Management for event preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of proven sales experience in the mining industry or related technology solutions.
• Strong networking abilities and a wide industry contact base.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
