Business Development Representative – Remote

About the role

Puulse Marketing is seeking motivated individuals to join as Business Development Representatives. In this remote, full‑time position you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing our services, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using a power dialer system.
• Engage prospects, introduce Puulse Marketing’s services, and qualify leads.
• Identify strong opportunities and book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Represent Puulse Marketing with professionalism and energy.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections.
• Self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset.
