Butler Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Butler Manager to lead our Butler team and ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalized service to guests in a luxury hospitality setting. The role combines hands‑on service oversight with team leadership and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of exceptional butler services to guests.
• Fulfill all guest orders, requests, and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct embarkation inspections of all VIP suites.
• Execute in‑suite arrival procedures in line with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop the Butler Team to consistently meet brand expectations.
• Mentor and prepare the Senior Butler for future managerial responsibilities.
• Achieve or exceed brand‑defined performance targets and KPIs for the Butler Team.

Required profile

• Minimum of two (2) years Butler or guest‑facing experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or cruise line environment.
• Professional Butler or luxury service certification (e.g., International Butler Academy) is an advantage.
• Previous shipboard experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
• Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic or Japanese are assets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; capable of motivating a culturally diverse workforce.
