About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient waiter to serve customers in a gaming hall. The role involves delivering drinks quickly and discreetly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

Serve beverages and light refreshments to guests with speed and discretion.
Provide courteous and prompt assistance to customers throughout the venue.
Maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure tables are set appropriately.
Handle payment transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Required profile

Previous experience in customer service or as a waiter.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Availability for rotating shifts, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
