Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Sr CRA) – Remote

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II or Senior CRA) dedicated to sponsor‑managed studies. The role is home‑based, supporting sites throughout the study lifecycle from qualification to close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits remotely or on‑site, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents and case report forms, verify data accuracy, resolve queries, and maintain electronic data capture compliance.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through trip reports, communication logs, and other required project documents.
• Support subject recruitment, retention, and awareness strategies, and act as liaison with site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 % of the time.
