Clinical Research Associate II – Remote (Chile)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical studies in Chile. The role supports trial compliance, documentation, and collaboration with investigators and site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote and on‑site monitoring of clinical research studies, reviewing protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Develop monitoring plans, checklists, and templates to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate site visits, track study progress, and resolve operational issues.
• Document monitoring activities, write reports, follow‑up letters, and action plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, investigators, and site staff to facilitate smooth trial conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
