Clinical Research Associate II – Remote (Chile)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to conduct remote monitoring of clinical studies in Chile. The role supports compliance with GCP and ensures high‑quality data collection across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site and remote monitoring visits, reviewing protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Develop monitoring plans, checklists, and templates to ensure consistent quality.
• Document findings in monitoring reports, follow‑up letters, and action plans.
• Coordinate site visits, track study progress, and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent certification preferred.
